Ingredients 400 gm Condensed milk 200 gm Nice biscuits Method Caramelise the condensed milk by placing the tin in a pan of COLD water and bringing it to the boil. Boil for about 2 hours, making sure that there is enough water to cover the tin(s) at all times. Take off the heat and allow to cool slightly before opening the tin and using. Ingredients 225 gm Unsalted butter 225 gm Demerara sugar 450 gm Oats 50 gm Desiccated coconut 225 gm Honey Method Preheat the oven to 180�C. Put the butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan and heat until the butter has melted and the sugar dissolved. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Add the oats and coconut and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking tray and smooth the surface. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
