Ingredients 25 gm Root ginger 200 gm Potatoes 50 gm Onions 150 gm Peas 1 Chilli 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves � Tbsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Cayenne pepper 1 tsp Garam marsala 1 tsp Coriander seeds 1 tsp Salt Method Cook the potatoes and allow to cool. Cut them into small dice - about 2cm square. Chop the onions. Peel and finely chop or grate the ginger. Finely chop the chilli and coriander leaves.
