Almond Crumble

Puddings and Desserts  

Ingredients

110 gm Plain flour
55 gm Butter
110 gm Ground almonds
3 Tbsp Demerara sugar

Method

Rub the butter into the flour. Add the ground almonds and sugar. Spread over the cooked fruit. Bake in a pre-heated hot oven (say 180�C) until browned.

Variation

Use cooked apples, plums, fresh raspberries or other fruit.
