Ingredients

2.7 kg Beef
2.7 kg Pork
900 gm Pork fat or spek
2 Tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Ground cloves
Salt
Black pepper
1 Tbsp Vinegar (any)
1 tsp Nutmeg (grated)

Method

Mix all the ingredients together. Push into sausage skins using an appropriate mincer fitting.

Notes

Use more herbs and spices if preferred. We like ours quite spicy.

Since it is not easy to get Spek, use pork fat instead.
