Brandy Sauce

Sauces, Stuffings and Marinades  

Ingredients

100 gm Granulated white sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
500 ml Water
2 tsp Cornflour
1 Tbsp Apricot jam
1 Lemon juice
250 ml Brandy

Method

Mix the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
