1 Tbsp Butter or margarine
Icing sugar
Flavouring of choice
Cream the butter and add the sugar gradually. Add the flavouring required. If the mixture gets too stiff add a little liquid and then continue adding the icing sugar until you have the required amount of icing.
Suggested flavourings include:
Strong coffee Chocolate either melted or made from cocoa into a thick liquid Orange, lemon or lime juice Passion fruit pulp
