Shortcrust pastry

85 gm Cheddar cheese
140 ml Milk
1 Slices of bread
� tsp Salt
1 Onions
Cayenne pepper
Preheat the oven to 190�C.
Line a flan dish with the pastry. Grate the cheese. Place all the filling ingredients into a food processor and mix. Put the mixture into the pastry case and bake for 30 minutes.
Use a thick slice of bread.
