225 gm Gram flour
1 Onions
2 Potatoes
25 gm Plain flour
1 tsp Baking powder
Salt
1 Chilli
Water
Finely chop the onion. Grate the raw potatoes. Finely chop (and de-seed if preferred) the chilli.
Make a batter with the flour and gram flour, baking powder and water. Stir in the other ingredients. Deep fry small spoonfuls of the mixture. Serve immediately.
