2 Egg white(s)
125 gm Caster sugar
150 gm Desiccated coconut
25 gm Plain flour
Pre-heat the oven to 200�C.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then beat in the sugar. Fold in the coconut and flour. Place small mounds of the mixture onto a well-greased baking tray. Bake until golden brown.
