4 Leeks
Olive oil
1 Tbsp Brandy
1 Tbsp Cream cheese
1 Tbsp Creme fraiche
Salt
Black pepper
Nutmeg (grated)
1 Tbsp Butter
Thinly slice the leeks into rings. Soften the leeks in the olive oil in a saucepan. Once cooked, add a little white wine or brandy then stir in the cream cheese and creme fraiche (or cream). Remove from the heat and add the butter and seasoning.
