Red onion marmalade
Preheat the oven to 180�C.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Take a sheet of file pastry onto a board and brush with melted butter. Place another sheet over the top and brush with butter again.
Dependent on the size of you tartlets tins, cut squares on the filo slightly bigger than the tartlet. Press the square into the tin.
Place a small spoonful of red onion mamalade into each tarlet, then top with some goats cheese.
Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
