240 gm Chickpeas
1 Lemon(s), juice and zest
2 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Paprika
� tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Olive oil
4 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Tahini
Drain the tin of chickpeas. Combine the chickpeas, lemon juice and zest, crushed garlic, cumin, paprika, salt and tahini and blend to a smooth paste. Add more lemon juice, salt or cumin to taste.
If you like the humus coarser, blend the mix less.
Serve with pitta bread or crudite vegetables.
