Kulfi (Indian Ice Cream)

Puddings and Desserts  

Ingredients

600 ml Double cream
400 gm Condensed milk
410 gm Evaporated milk
2 Tbsp Milk powder
2 tsp Cardamon

Method

Whisk all the ingredients together. Pour into a plastic container and freeze.

To serve, remove the kulfi from the freezer and allow to thaw a little.
