Ingredients

2 Egg white(s)
Salt
100 gm Caster sugar

Method

Preheat the oven to 120�C.

Beat the egg whites until stiff (standing in peaks). Beat in the salt and most of the sugar, then fold in the remaining sugar. Bake until set and slightly brown. This will take between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
