Potato
Bake the number of potatoes you require, using smallish potatoes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Cut each potato in half and remove most of the flesh. Place the potato halves back onto the baking tray and bake for a further 10-15 minues until crisp but not burnt.
Serve with filling made from blue cheese mixed with cream cheese, or a mixture of cream cheese and sour cream with mint or chives.
