100 gm Marshmallows
100 gm Rice Crispies
100 gm Butter
50 gm Chocolate
1 tsp Vanilla essence
Melt the marshmallows and add the butter and chocolate. Add the rice crispies and vanilla essence. Press into a greased baking tray and leave to set. Cut into squares.
The chocolate can be omitted if preferred.
If you prefer these sweeter, add 1 Tablespoon of golden syrup with the butter and chocolate.
