170 gm Butter
225 gm Plain flour
1 tsp Ground coriander
Caster sugar
Preheat the oven to 175�C.
Mix the softened butter with the flour and ground coriander. Press the mixture into a greased baking tray. Sprinkle the caster sugar over the base.
Bake for 10 minutes at 175�C then for a further 25 minutes at 150�C. Cut into fingers before the shortbread sets too hard.
The amount of sugar used is dependent on personal taste.
