Ingredients

100 gm Plain flour
100 gm Granulated white sugar
100 gm Butter or margarine
1 Egg(s)

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 175�C.

Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the egg and then the flour. Spread into a greased cake tin and bake until golden brown.
