Salad dressing

Ingredients

2 Egg(s)
½ tsp Mustard powder
½ tsp Salt
1½ Tbsp Granulated white sugar
50 ml Vinegar (any)
200 ml Single cream

Method

Hard boil the eggs. When cool, extract the yolks and mix with the dry ingredients. Then add the cream and vinegar. Cook over a pan of water until smooth and thick.
